Create a community
One tenant per community, with its own slug, settings, and an owner role that cannot be removed by accident.

Shape the organisation
Nested units, positions, and custom roles. Permissions are checked on the server for every action, never in the browser.

Run events end to end
Nested activities, publication lifecycle, registration with real capacity limits, and check-in codes that cannot be reused.

Free, one-time, recurring, lifetime, or invite-only plans, each mapped to entitlements that expire on their own.

Free while your group is small, and no card to begin. Bring your committee, run one event, and judge it on whether the record is still right afterwards.
Nothing lost at handover
Roles, terms, and decisions belong to the community, not to a file on someone's laptop.
Permissions checked on the server
Every action is authorised where it cannot be edited from a browser console.
Capacity that actually holds
Registrations are counted under a row lock, so the participant limit cannot be exceeded.
Access that expires by itself
Entitlements end with the subscription. Nobody has to remember to revoke them.
