Before writing to us: anything about a specific community — joining it, its dues, its events — is decided by that community's committee, and they will answer faster than we can.

A support address has not been set up yet. Until it is, this page documents what to send and where it will go.
- Account and access — sign-in trouble, or an account you cannot recover.
- Data requests — a copy of your data, a correction, or erasure. See Privacy for what erasure does to historical records.
- Abuse — a community or member breaching the terms. Say which community and what happened.
- Organisation plans — federations and multi-chapter bodies; see Pricing.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately rather than opening it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosure.
