Accounts
You need an account to join a community. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Communities
Each community is a separate tenant with its own members, roles, and records. The community owner controls admission, roles, events, and plans within it. Nothing crosses between communities: holding a role in one grants nothing in another.
Community owners are responsible for the lawfulness of what their community publishes and for the endpoints they register to receive member data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to harass others, to distribute unlawful material, to attempt access to another community's data, or to probe or overload the service. Automated access to the internal worker endpoint requires the operator token and is not available to members.
Events and capacity
Registration is bound by the capacity a community sets, enforced at the moment of registering. Attendance codes are single use. A community may cancel or reschedule its own events.
Membership plans and payment
Communities may offer free, one-time, recurring, lifetime, or invite-only plans, each mapped to entitlements that expire on their own schedule. Payment processing is not live. Until it is, no money moves through the platform and any amounts shown are illustrative. Terms covering charges, refunds, and renewals will be added before billing is enabled, and existing members will be told before that happens.
Availability
The service is provided as is. There is no uptime commitment at this stage, and features may change. Anything that would remove access or data will be announced beforehand.
Ending things
You may leave a community or close your account at any time. We may suspend an account or a community that breaches these terms. See Privacy for what happens to records afterwards.
